n80ie video calling

Does anyone know of applications that will let me video call to a mobile or pc over wifi or my data service?

I see alot for voice, but have yet to find anything for video.

Any help/tips greatly appreciated!

It's not possible over your data service here in the states and I've yet to read where someone was successful in using it like a webcam. I really dont think either are a possibility.
 
i gues in theory it might be possible for somebody to make a application and set up a server for doing video calls over 3G or WIFI, but at the moment its not possible in the USA to do video calls with any provider.
