n80 working slow?

hey well i just got my black n80 and i updated to the latest version and well it works preety slow, is that normal? i mean i know its symbian and thats why im not panicing and stuff cuz its known that symbian is kindda slow, it came with fsecure antivirus and i removed that cuz i thought that might be slowing the phone but its the same, please assist me
