posted this in another thread but i was really tired at the time and i realize it probably is really wrongly placed (wish i could delete it) and that this needs its own thread (after a couple searches turned out nothing previously mentioned about this)

what are all the different nokia headset adapters for the n80? i cant seem to find any comprehensive site/list of them and their features? for instance i cant find out if they have 3.5 or 2.5mm ports

mainly i want to be able to use my n80 in my car plugged into my aux port which im pretty sure is a 2.5mm female port so id need to buy a 3.5mm male - 2.5mm male cable to connect the phone with either the ad-46 or the ad-15....right?

what about connecting your phone to the ad-15 and a bluetooth headset and when a call comes in use the bt? will that not work b/c the audio is already being routed to the ad-15? or is the phone smart enough to know that the ad-15 has no mic and it should be sending the phone conversation to the bt connection?

will the bt connection continually stay active broadcasting the music killing the bt headsets battery?

if have the ad-46 plugged in and the mic dangling from lets say the rearview mirror can i use the car stereo speakers as my phone speaker and the ad-46 mic as my incar mic for making and receiving calls?

how much wood would a woodchuck chuck if a woodchuck could chuck wood?

The ad-15 works just like the ad-46 except without the mic. It will disconnect bluetooth when you plug it in. I have both adapters and they both seem to work exactly the same except with the ad-15 you have to unplug it if you want to take a call.

I use my e61 now to connect to my car stereo using an ad-46 and it works great. I also have a bluetooth car kit and when you plug in the wired adapter it will disconnect from the car kit.

I have the AD-45 which has a mic and a 3.5mm adapter and have used that with a FM transmitter to give me handsfree. The AD-45 overides the BT so BT would be useless if the adapter is plgged in. I have yet to find an adapter that can change the volume exceprt for the supplied headphones.
