N80 Web Browser Problem!!!!!!!!!!!!

so anywayz i was using my wifi on my n80 phone yesterday and all of a sudden it frezes, so i restart the phone, and try to load the browser again (s60 browser) and the screen seems to change but it doesnt display the bookmarks or anything as if it has stopped mid-process, so the web browser will not turn on. So as a backup, i open the "downloads" browser and type in my url and it works, but it is the cheesy browser made more 4 shopping then browsing and it doesnt give me the arrow, but now even that wont work it says "unable to perform services" so i am pretty pissed and i want my browser back,

WHAT DO I DO!!!!!!???????????

PLEASE SUM1 HELP!!!!!!!!!!!

I had this same problem on my E61 and a hard reset did the trick. Back up your stuff and factory fresh that beast and your good to go!....i promise

i try 2 reset but it wants a lock code.....do u kno what it is?i got it from the nokia factory shipped from finland if that helps........

ok so i went to tools-settings-phone-general-original settings entered the code, rebooted with original settings but still my web browser will not work........
ANYTHING 2 DO?

You need to format, not just restore the original settings. Back up all of your info. Then turn the phone off, hold[*] [3] and [green key] while powering up. Don't let go until you see the welcome screen wih the hands.
