N80 Internet Edition Colors

1) The vanilla N80 had silver and black while the N80IE had patina bronze and pearl black. Is this correct or are there other color variants?

2) Is the N80IE pearl black the same color-wise (part-by-part) as the vanilla N80 black? I mean, based on the physical housing and colors, they are indistinguishable, right? They do difer only in software, yes?
