So I received my Black OEM Faceplate over the week-end (eBay purchase), actually I had to buy two sets, since the first one had a layer pop out of the frame.
I downloaded some tutorials from hofo and I took the phone's up layer apart and it was easy to snap it back in, one of the screws is not as tight as I'd like but it's tight enough. I'll post a pic of it later if I can.
Something I noticed, there is some friction closing/opening the phone, must be the way these oem faceplate are, so it does not accidentally open anymore when it's in my pocket.
