N80: Bluetooth Headset vol prblm?

Whenever I answer a call on my bluetooth headset on my N80, it puts the volume all the way to the bottom. During the call, I'll put it to maximum, but for the next call it goes to the bottom again. Its not remembering to keep it at Max.... Any idea on how to fix or if anyone else is having this problem? Thanks

it might be a headset issue.. My logitech headset has always done this with every phone.
