N8 - Is this what happens with a crash?

I was using the browser over wi-fi and a dialog popped up stating "phone will restart" with an OK, once I clicked OK the phone restarted. Once the phone restarted I went back to the same web site, browsed a few pages and the message came up again, but this time after I clicked OK another dialog popped up with "insert SIM card" (no OK to press, just informational) and the phone restarted. Went back to the same web page and it did not have a problem.

So, first question is if this is the way the N8 handles a system crash? Has anyone had this occur? As I mentioned in another thread I had some issues with the phone restarting while just sitting idle but this was different. I am just trying to figure out if my N8 is not working correctly and needs to go back to Nokia.

If it crashes it will just freeze or reboot on its own. That prompt usually appears after an update or if you reset the phone *#7780# for example, sounds to me like there's maybe a problem with the sim card connection.
