N73 Web problem

on my n73 the web browser is giving trouble , everY time i try to open it the app says "web already in use "BUT i can use the normal services browser. i tried the *#7780# code but it didn't help . please help me .
 
Have you tried rebooting the phone?

Does your phone show an active connection? If so try holding down the red key for a few seconds to kill it. Does the task manager show Web as running, if so switch to it and try to exit it that way...

I used the *#3370# code to hard reset the phone . It worked but i lost my apps which i replaced an lost the gmail certs too an con't find it back . Can some one post the certs for me please . I can't download it from the site cause i don't have a computer right now , please help soon
