N73 unable to use T-zones

I just signed up for T-zones ($5.99/month) and I'm unable to use T-zones on my phone. I also wonder whats the different between the "web" and the "services" on the phone. Which one do I suppose to use to surf the web by wap? I tried both of them but none of them worked. When I try to use "Services" it said something like "your purchase is unable to complete, please visit tmobile.com or call 611 to purchase the value bundle." I already checked with tmobile.com as well as call 611 to make sure that t-zone has been added on my plan. Is there any setting do I have to change on my phone? Thanks
 
Try it again in a day or two and it should work. When settings are made to your internet package, it usually takes a bit for the settings to switch over. If it doesn't work after that time, call T-Mobile back.

The N73 should generate 3 access point settings on the phone just by popping your SIM card in: T-Zones, T-Mobile Internet, and MMS. For the $6.99 plan, you should be using T-Zones. If your phone does not have this, there is a settings configurator built into the phone and also available on both T-Mobile and Nokia's websites.

The Web browser is for full web sites and the Services browser is for WAP sites.

wap.yahoo.com is the main one i use... if you are a heavy yahoo user you can bookmark your username and password into the address so that everytime you go there you'll be blogged in...
 
i'm on $5.99 T-zones and i had problem using many apps in the begining. not everyone app will work, but a lot of them will. i have TV, streaming radio, web browsers, IM's, skype and rest of the stuff working. Just make sure you are using newer SIM card (which have all setting are built-in) , and not 1-2 y.o. crap. On older SIM and Older firmware i had to send settings manualy from Nokia Europe webside 6 month ago, but these days on avery hard reset of the phone i'll get all me settings?access pionts from SIM back right away.


just search and read forum on every problem individually, do not look for all-in-one solution. cheers

and from access point i deleted t-mobile internet as unusable. avery App is using t-zones on my phone.
 
Thanks guys. I just want to confirm about the apps. I have gmail, Agile and Y! Go on my phone right now. If I use Agile to chat on Yahoo. Do those msg count as txt msg? Also when I use Y! GO, it asked me to choose the connection type( MMS, T-zone, T-internet), I always chose T-zones. On Y! Go, I can surf on yahoo news, weather, direction, flickr... I heard someone said that wap site is only text, no pictures but on Y! Go there are pictures on news, flickr. Do I have to pay for the bandwidth that I'm using to donwload those pictures or is it included in the $5.99. Am I using T-zones or T-internet? I never have signed up for T-internet. Sorry if this is confusing.
 
Thanks for all the replies. I have Mini Opera, Y! Go, Google Map running on my phone right now. I have another question about the camera sound. It seems like there is no way to turn it off but does anyone know how to change the attribute of the camera sound file so it isn't read-only. I need to change it to Read-only = No so I can replace it with another sound.
 
Y-browser should allow you to change the file attributes, though you shouldn't have to to silence the shutter in the silent profile. Makes sure your warning tones are turned off, and if it still doesn't work, you can flash your firmware to a Euro version instead of Asian to get it to work using NSU and NSS. You'll have to search around here for details on how to do that one because I'm not going to type all of the instructions.

You'll never be charged for data by the amount or get bumped to a bigger plan because of your usage. That's the best thing about T Mobile: all you need is the $5.99 T Zones plan for unlimited internet access.
