N73 - Triband or Quadband? (confused)

I am confused. Datavis.com has it for $399 shipped free but their info page says "tri-band". When you go to nokia website it says quad-band. Whats going on with this? Did Nokia release a triband version of the N73? Has anyone bought at datavis.com?

Official N73 is quadband. But not sure of datavis though as I never bought anything from them.

Kind of weird. Maybe they just got the specs from a wrong page. They are selling it directly from their website for $399. Then they also have a listing on ebay where there is a BIN of $399 or BO + $14 shipping. Datavis seems legit. Just unsure how they ended up posting tri-band. I called earlier and the guy I spoke with also said tri-band.

Could there be an unofficial N73? Graymarket?

They are a legit company, I think its just a typo
