N73 speakerphone not working

hey just finally did the complete housing swap from the plum and silver to all black and looks so much better but for some reason my speaker phone is not working i tried pullin it apart and back together but i dont know if i am missing a step. i kept all the parts together the whole time. and i did make sure everything was lined up. i dont understand. if any1 else had this problem plz let me know how it was fixed! thanks!
 
hmmm. In the phone software, does the loudspeaker option still show up? Have you checked the volume rocker on the side to make sure it's not all the way down? Or continually being pressed down by the firmware.
 
i check when i make a call and speakerphone shows up but when i hit it, nothing, also did double check to make sure the volume was up. sux! when i bought mine i got a warranty through the store so i will just might re-falsh it back and then change the housing back. so just worth getting the ME instead of converting. but is there like a system test to check if its working?
