N73 no longer recognized by PC Suit

Just recently that my N73 is not being recognized by the pc suit anymore, when i clicked on connect it tells me there is no avaialbe connection options. I really wanna update the phone but then now it is not possible. is this a hardware problem?
 
This seems to be a constant problem for me as well. I've had this issue with an N80ie, E61, and now an E50. Oddly enough I never had a problem with my N73 regardless of PC suite updates. It will no longer read from any usb port on my laptop and I'm forced to use it on my wifes CPU. It still doesnt read it correctly from time to time. I'm hoping the N95's USB port will solve this problem. Pop-ports should have done away with a long time ago and I hope they are the cause of these issues. I wish I could post another resolution other than using another CPU but I cant.

I am having the same issues. Both my computers will not recognize the N73.I uninstalled then reinstalled PC suite and cable drivers but the computers give me a pop up message saying unknown USB device. When I connect my phone the phone goes into PC suite mode then computer pop up. Very frustrating.
 
I GOT IT FIGURED OUT. for people who have the problem here is a easy solution. you have to uninstall everything, including this "pc connectivity solution" under add and remove program

so you uninstall the following:
Nokia connectivity cable driver
nokia pc suite
pc connectivity solution

then install a fresh copy and it will work. now both of my computers are working with my n73 :d happy happy.
 
This worked for me. Thanks. I uninstalled and reinstalled all but the pc connectivity solution the first time. Second time did all and it's working fine now.

It's still very possible you will experience problems....watch for it the next time you update PC suite...but like I said before, the N73 is the only V3 that I havent had problems with. E61, N80, and E50 have been a pain in my ***.
