N73 forgets date and time

A few users here in germany told about a very annoying problem after upgrade to fw3...: the n73 asks for time and date on every start. They report it immediately after upgrading.
I didn't have this problem in the first weeks using the new fw - but then, suddenly, it catched me as well! I made a reset, I made a new update to the me firmware, but the problem remains. Obviously only a few devices are perplexed.
I'm using the EURO1 version.
 
my 3250 has been like that from day 1. Pretty annoying too. So I don't use it as a wake up alarm, unless I leave it on @ night. I posted about this and got no answers.
