I exchanged my original N73 due to a loose battery cover, and tried out the camera on my new phone last night. A few times, when I took a picture I would end up with an image that was entirely a dark blue blur. These were ordinary, indoor, lit objects.
The phone would lag after the snapshot and before rendering this result. It happened several times (mostly on macro mode I think), but I was eventually able to take these pictures and have them turn out as expected. Rebooting the phone seemed to have no effect on the problem.
This phone came preinstalled with SMS Accelerator (I had to install myself on my original one), so perhaps there is newer firmware too, which has this glitch.
Has anyone else experienced this? I didn't experience it at all with my first N73. I'm hoping it's not a hardware problem; I've been without this great phone for long enough already.
edit: I tried again this morning, and three shots out of six (using macro mode on a box of tea, incidentally) turned out as nothing but dark blue. These were both taken of the same object at approximately the same time.
