N70 owners .... question for you

I'm THINKING of getting an N70, but there's something I need to know before going any further.

Does the D-pad have an independent (centre) select button - or do you have to press down the whole D-pad to use 'select' ?

Seems to have an independent one by the way I press it down but I never opened it before so take my word with a grain of salt

Does the select button go down without the rest of the D-pad going down ?

I think much like the N80, the N70 doesn't have a separate centre select button.

From experience, I can confirm that the N70 does not have an indpendent center button.
