MyTouch 3G Problem

Hi All

I have a customer who bought a MyTouch in the US and brought it home (UK)
He can send and receive texts, make calls but cannot receive them?
When you call it you get "half" a ring then busy tone, any ideas out there?

First do a Hard reset.

if not solve, then we ll find another way to treat it.
 
MyTouch 3G Hard reset

1. Hold the left and right soft keys while pressing the Reset button. (The reset button is located on the back of the device.)
2. Press Send.
3. Press OK
