MyTouch 3G or HTC HD2?

I've got a friend who knows someone who can get me a great deal on the MyTouch or the HTC HD2 but can't decide which one I want. I've heard the HTC HD2 is a much cooler phone with much better features but the Windows Mobile market is the one thing that people seem to absolutely hate whereas the Android market people can't stop talking about. Please give me your pick and as many details on why as you can. Thanks
