Mystery Spit up?

I have been coughing up tiny bit of tissue

It looks like a grey colored piece of kenal corn or but more shaped like the tips of your front two tooths (wave, with three bumbs) Usually appears every 3 or 4 months

The odor is usally that of consintrated bad breath.

No blood
No dicomfort

A mild cough once in a while (the cough is unuseal)

Started about 3 years ago. Sometimes the single bit of tissue comes up just after the cough, but I beleive , ingest those that don't make up it.

*First thought was a undigested food partical, but it not.
*Thought It might be something like acid reflux eatting away...
*Another was lung or throat cancer



Going the the doctor is difficult for many reasons.

Sounds like tonsil stones or tonsiliths....there are quite a few threads on that topic.

I'll assume you still have your tonsils...if so, the threads will give you some idea of how to deal with them.
