Mystery illness, constant daze feeling like I'm intoxicated or in a dream state 24/7?

So I'm 22 years old and always been perfectly healthy. I was feeling fatigued for about a month or so and thought nothing of it. After a few days of some heavy drinking with some friends I haven't seen in awhile, I woke up one morning with an onslaught of symptoms.

Severe pressure behind eyes, some occasional tingling in my extremities, major fatigue and weakness, and worst of all this "brain fog". This fog includes terrible short term memory, inability to concentrate, and worst of all- this constant feeling that I'm almost high/drunk as I'm in a constant daze. This feeling is the most severe and problematic symptom, I have had to quit my job with a top accounting firm that I worked so hard in school to get.

It's been three months in this nightmare with no answer. I've had the following tests all with normal results:
-MRI on brain and cervical spine both with and without contrast
-CT scan on brain
-EEG
-Examination by ENT

I've had a ton of blood work done including blood sugar, testosterone, a ton of others. I have normal blood pressure, and have never done any illegal drugs. I had a perfect life before this, never been depressed. I have no anxiety issues either. I'm working with doctors to try and figure this out but no luck yet. If anyone has any advice to offer please help me out as I just want my life back.
