Mystery/Clever Shows [anime/movies/etc] Like Lifepoint1's flash animation Surface?

Hi, I was just wondering if there were any anime series or even movies that were like the flash animation Surface made by Lifepoint1, one that had a puzzle - mystery genre, involving clever and interesting characters.

I enjoyed watching the few episodes of Surface quite a bit and wanted more of that sort.
