I just moved to this neighborhood and frequently there is a mysterious man who comes to my lawn and start digging out my weeds. He is wearing head-strap light and carries his flashlight with him so he can look for the weeds. It is really scare me because he only show up at 12 a.m. or later. In the morning, I will expect to see a lot of dirt laying on the ground and my lawn start showing bare spots. I want to reseed to fix this but I am afraid he will come and damage the new grass (sorry no $ for sodding new lawn).
What should I do in this situation? Should I call the police and report it? Should I walk out and confront with him?
