mysterious cuts on my back and shoulder, including upside down roman numeral 7?

so last night i went to sleep with no scratches on myself, and woke up with my back in pain all day. when i was stepping out of the shower tonight, i noticed three cuts on the back of my left shoulder, a little deeper than cat scratches, and in the middle of my lower back what looked like a scratched in upside down roman numeral seven with a scratched in dot below the upside down v and a scratched in dot in front of the upside down v. I dont sleep around anything sharp in my bed (and now these arent "love scratches", dont be immature) so how did these happen?
oh and the scratches are in an unreachable place, so i couldnt have done it to myself
