Mysterious constant pain in calf?

I've been having constant muscular ( I think) pain in my right leg, top portion of calf muscle, for about 6 years now. It always hurts when I press on it, flex it, and stretch it by pointing my toes upward. Some days, it hurts even more, and there is pain even if I don't do anything to it. I can't really describe the pain well. It's not unbearable, but it definitely gets annoying and interferes with my walking at times. It actually feels kind of good to have it pressed/massaged, though that makes the pain worse afterwards. I've been to multiple doctors, got x-rays, MRI, and they found nothing... I don't do any rigorous sports or anything, and I'm pretty healthy. I do walk with my toes pointing slightly irregularly inwards, if that detail helps anything... The pain goes away sometimes only if i take ibuprofen. Nothing else eases it. It looks fine on the outside. Any thoughts on what it is?
