My mum is going spare at the moment over this strange brown stuff that is caked onto the bathroom sink behind the tap. She is asking me about what it is and blaming me for it's appearance but I genuinely don't know what it is. I brush my teeth, gel my hair and shave in that sink and the rest of my family do similar things, I have a suspicion it's something to do with the running water but I don't know exactly. Can someone help?
