myspace - problem with HTML?

I upgraded to myspace 2.0, but didn't like it so I switched back to the original version. Now I can't change my layout. If I put any layout code in my "about me" section, and then view my profile after saving it, it doesn't work. I have no layout on my page now. And then when I go back to my "about me" section, the layout code isn't even there. It just deletes the code!! I've tried a bunch of different layout codes and nothing works.

Can someone help me?? Thanks!
 
i would have to there was a glitch when switching back, try:

logging out then back in then apply your lyt.
