Myspace Layout Code disables other HTML?

I added a layout code to my myspace, and all my codes that change font, (<big>,<b>,<u>,<i>,ect.) are disabled, and I can't see the changes I made to the text. I could see them though before I added the layout.
 
usually the layout has CSS styling for text in it,
you'll have to find it, and delete/or replace it.
the text styling will be everywhere within the layout,
ahhhh
