Myspace HTML fixed Position not working in IE?

The effect works great in Myspace when viewed with Firefox, but as always, IE is having some trouble with it.

Here is the CSS that I am using to position with out the <>

div class="bg" style="position: absolute; left:0px; top:0px; width:450px; height:900px; overflow: visable;"


Someone Please help me out with this. I'm pulling my hair out!
its not the visable, i fixed it and still it works in FF not IE
 
Um, Some codes don't work on firefox, but do on IE. Same way around, its just how to designer made it. PS when you picked out the code, there are little notes that say "ONLY WORKS IN FIREFOX" and such. But if it didn't, look at my first fact.
