MYspace/HTML CSS code help please :D?

i wa wondering how i could make like a box (not a scroll box) that i could put at the bottom of my page, with a thin green border?
i want to be able to put pictures in it that are next to eachother, but are eaqual distance from eachother and the sides of the box (kinda cetred if you get me)

and i know this is possible as ive seen it done many times before

just put your picture in and apply a border around it

example:
