myspace help.. with photo code :(?

ok. i was on myspace im chat room... and i saved a guys pic and saved it on my profile... cause his page was private. and you know how they put pic in the chat room. well i did that and now.. when i copy pic from my profile the photo code on myspace (or any other myspace page) it still has the same pic with the guy.. what did i do.. some one help please
