okay, how do you change the background color of your about me, music, heroes, general/interests, who i'd like to meet, films, books etc..?

i want a black background on those sections with white writing, and i've seen people that have custom backgrounds like that, so if you can give me the code, that'd be swell. :D

if there isn't, that means it's only because of the layout those pple r using
