Ok, I paid 5 bucks and received some bonus points which I put toward purchasing 4 ICBMs....
I have not used them yet because I pretty much just find a weak nation and attack it, ones that give the most pay out...
My question is: What will happen if I decide to launch my ICBM at another nation? What is the cost to them, do I receive money for it?
BTW, I already know what the FAQ for this app says, so do not reiterate what that says.
