MyNetFone in my mobile?

Hi, I want to install MyNetFone VoIP service in my office and I want to use it in my mobile. I saw they have this software called 'MyNetFone on the Go' for mobile so that people can use MyNetFone service via their mobile phones. Let's say I'm overseas (outside Australia) and calling via that software, will i still get roaming charge (from internet data / network change etc.)? Any overseas experience with MyNetFone on the Go?
