Hi there,

I am having TMO Myfaves and everything was fine until I replaced 1GB MicroSD with 2GB one. I know there is no relation but still it happened only after this event. After changing MicroSD, one of the 5 myFaves contacts went inactive (non-usable) and other contact also swaping under wrong names. When I try to refresh my faves, it gives "Uncaught exception : net.rim.device.apps.api.addressbook.DuplicateAddressBookEntryException".

Does anybody have any idea?

Thanks,
Prabhu

Hi,

Try to log into the tmo site and make changes to MyFavs from their web site (manage myFaves) i think left center of page.?

Give the changes a little time to take effect.

whats the software version on the phone, because if you don't have the most current software version and you put a 2gb card in, it usually messes up your device. the most current version v4.2.0.64

Also If you have a MyFaves coruption, Your need to Sync your data so you don't lose it, THen Wipehandheld, under Options/Security Options/General settings/Click Menu/ Wipe handheld, and then it will re-download your myfaves info after you reboot. The 2gig card issue jonnyedge answered.
