myfaves 3rd party???

i know myfaves is 3rd party software. i know it's only in new phone. but why??? who has this software??? dose t-mobile install it after the phone is made??? is it install in the making of the phone??? can i get a copy??? i have tried to get more info.... i have a myfaves plan, and i want to use my n-gage... but it don't have my faves installed... anyone know some thing!!! thanks for the help!!!

The app should already be on the phone johhny, but without the service it stays hidden. Once the service is active, a command gets sent to the phone to activate the icon and features. At least that is the way it was explained to us in our meetings. They designed it that way so it wouldn't be intrusive to a user that didn't have a MyFaves plan.
