I am new here, but I have been searching the NET to see if my problem is common of if I should be getting concerned. I had a Myelogram one week ago today. Had sever headaches for three days, got a blood patch last Thursday (4th day after Myleogram), and I am still having problems. The severe headache has gone, but I have a continuous nagging head ache. (Head aches are rare for me on a normal basis.) My eyesight has changed, I had to move my computer monitor back 6" on my return to work, and every time I get up from a sitting position, I get a sensation of 'blood rush to the head' in the back of my head. The bones at the base of my skull as constantly cracking when I move my head. Does anyone have worRAB of encouragement? Am I getting too anxious for this to all go away? The Radiologist said 'don't panic, people heal at different rates'. I feel like I've had brain damage. I am on coumadine so the Radiologist was unsure how the blood patch would take. Is is possible to have a leak that is so small it only causes my symptoms and not the severe pain? If so, will it eventually heal on its own? I'm full of questions.
