Myelogram, Discogram? What's the Diff?

What's the difference between a Myelogram and Discogram??--janiee

A myelogram looks for compression of the nerve roots, rootlets and spinal cord nerves. A discogram looks at the discs between the vertebrae to see if there are tears or micro tears in the exterior part of the disc that might be leaking disc material onto the nerves or other spinal elements.
