Myanimelist.net ? Why is it always so slow and lagging for hours or days?

Do they have cheap ass servers or what is the problem. I get sick of it. It takes so long before your anime list or profile updates shows up
Yeah well for me and my friends it takes hours before an update of your list appears and even forum posts don't show up immediately... it's annoying
