these internal training ....? Did the Spetsnaz Systema people develop their internal training methods independently or were there influences across the border from China? I can actually see the Cossak influence in their movements but recognize a lot of what they are doing from Chinese methods.

Added Note:: By the way, the Cossaks when gathered at social functions where they may be at the same function as an enemy would use dance as a way of displaying physical prowess and combat moves to one another. A way of "fighting" in a socially acceptable way. Old, old school dance offs.
