My Yearbook is Retarded *MUST READ FOR THE EMO KIDS*

The last full day of school, I thumbed through a buddy's yearbook.

SINCE WHEN DO YOU PUT AIM SCREEN NAMES IN YOUR "I'LL MISS YOU" SECTION?!

That's great. I really want to be known as xxxnoobxxx, LordSanchez, or Batman when I go to "irl." By the way, rep will ensue to anyone who gets the reference and source to those names.

How dumb are these fuckers! "Oh, I can't go without my cell phone or AIM for a week!" USE A FUCKING LANDLINE! You dumb little emo girls can multitask better than a male human anyway, put it ta work ya fucking tards!

What the fuck did you do in the 60's? Say "i'll miss you 631-867-5309?!"

Oh my bad, people back then actually interfaced with proper English and used spoken words to each other.

Discuss.

It really pissed me off when girls would draw these enourmous pictures and write in billboard font on my yearbook.... :sword:

my senior yearbook was filled with pictures of kids getting crunk at parties their moms through. ahhh rich white suburbian schools...

but on a related note...i agree with the "too much cell phone use". it's just a damn electronic. in fact alot of people use their cell phones as crutches in "awkward" situations. for example: i was having a discussion with my friend Megan once, and she's not a really avvid talker. well, i was asking her alot of questions and she ran out of answers. we sat there for about 10 seconds, and she pulls out her phone. she really didnt call anybody important, so i knew it was a ploy. i think more than anything, that behavior is offensive. learn to socialize with people around you, not people who have the same phone service as you who you can call anytime, anywhere. I'm a man of progress, and I really hope this trend isn't with me on that stance.

I seriously wouldn't want to get a Cell phone unless I was actually making enough money to pay for it, and to have enough left over to get other stuff I like. They're nice but thay're also over-rated. It's not that hard to go to a payphone and call someone.

If you are not from the USA don't bother asking - because it's hard to explain. I would personally do it, but Google may help more.

It's very diverse yet conformist and retarded - but that's just the skin of the apple.

Why do you care if people put AIM screen names, cell phone numbers, and the like in yearbooks?

Maybe people want to stay in touch, you know? Talk?

And maybe they want to "interface with proper English", and possibly use the internet to schedule and organize meetings?

Jesus. It's a form of communication and kids use it. Why wouldn't they exchange them?
