My Yahoo mail search function stopped working. I upgraded to Yahoo Firefox 3.6...

...and it still doesn't work.? I have all kinds of information archived in old e-mails: snail mail addresses and so on. It is all lost now, as Yahoo will not search mails older than a week. Believe me, I followed the recommended procedure, upgraded to the Yahoo-friendly Firefox browser etc. Search still DOES NOT WORK.
