My Xbox Live Headset doesn't pickup everything people say?

When I'm talking to friends on Xbox Live a lot of the time my friends answer stuff I have said but I don't hear it. My Headset is wired to the controller and the controller is full battery. Can anyone help me?
(The Headset is only like 3 months old.)
 
might be a internet error like a lag spike or something on your end or there's. These things happen so i wouldnt worry about it tbh mate =) try reseting your internet connect on the 360 or the router/modem and see if that helps if not ask your friends to do the same
