My Xbox 360 wont work?

When i turn it on it goes to the dashboard and on the part where it should show what game im playing it says open tray .
when i click on it and close it , it will say reading and then go back to open tray.

it does this for every game i own

what should i do
 
Try setting your xbox 360 to an automatic startup for the game. If that doesnt work try giveing xbox a call.
 
if ur 360 is registered then they shud fix it for free. contact microsoft and tell them the problem
