Crackerjack Biscut!

To my dismay, it burned my Read Dead Redemption disc, and I am currently trying to get another, but this is not the problem. Today I tried to turn it on and it shows random lines of white squares and freezes randomly. I believe it to be the fact that the laser has somehow been dislodged or damaged. Anybody else have this happen?
