my xbox 360 doesnt read my game?

i bought shaun white snowboarding and unfortunetly scratched it a few days later, now i took it to get resurfaced, and payed the $$ but took it home, poped it in and it says its either a dvd, media disc or doesnt read it at all

wtf??
