my x18 pocket bike lights dont work?

my x18 lights dont work i try putting new bulbs shoud i get a new wiring harness or what my horn electric stat and gagus work but when i try to put my singanls it beeps for ever and my lights just have a blue light and a green light to show its on but its not so if you know please tell me
