my wrx sti boost is making problm?

i have a 1995 wrx sti and before when i used to do 50k'z or more before changin to 3rd gear the boost really kicked in..but a week ago,,my engine check light came no..and then when i did 50k'z or more before changing the gear the engine missed..i changed the fuel filter n the pod filter but nothing change..it jst does not kick in the boost like it used to...what can go worrg????????????????
