My writing is dreadful, how can I improve it? - I'm 14.?

I want to improve my actual writing, and possibly my English skills. However my English is very good, such as my creative writing skills, I come up with brilliant story's and I pretty much know my punctuation. I just need some one to help me with my actual writing. Like, how can I improve it?
