My wireless assistant and bluetooth in computer stopped working. When I double click on the icons in the control panel they do not even open. I thought it could be a driver fault but I have installed drivers several times but nothing. Is it a mechanical fault? If so, is it fixable? HP said they could talk me through it for a price. Please only serious people to respond
