...it can't. any suggestion? when i want to play the mp4 format, it says something related to the codec of the file. i dont understand it at all. i already serviced my laptop to the dealer, but the person in the dealer just gave me an option. convert the mp4 format first to wmv then you can play it. but in the first place, my WMP could play it, why not now? help really needed. Thanks
